1. Affiliate is incorporated under the laws of Wisconsin.
2. Affiliate operates in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws as well as any applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
3. Affiliate has a mission statement compatible with affirming and protecting life in WI and offering positive choices for those challenged with pregnancy.
4. Affiliate adheres to the Statement of Faith and Statement of Principle.
5. Affiliate operates under a board of directors, which meets and regularly reviews financial records.
6. Affiliate carries adequate insurance.
7. Affiliate provides a safe environment by providing training and orientation of all board members, staff and volunteers.
8. Affiliate maintains a system of financial accountability in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
9. Affiliate ensures that all advertising and communications are truthful and accurately describe the services offered.

Commitment of Care and Competence

1. Affiliate serves clients without regard to race, age, income, nationality, religious affiliation, marital status, disability or other arbitrary circumstances.
2. Affiliate treats clients with kindness and compassion and answers client questions with honest and accurate answers in a judgment-free environment.
3. Affiliate offers all services free of charge and in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Affiliate keeps client information in strict and absolute confidence. Client information is only disclosed as required by law and when necessary to protect the client or others against imminent harm.
5. Affiliate offers medically accurate information about pregnancy, fetal development, abortion procedures and risks, lifestyle issues and related concerns.
6. Affiliate does not offer, recommend or refer for abortions, abortifacients, or contraception.
7. Affiliates offering medical services do so under the direct supervision and recommendation of a licensed physician.
